Day 9

So, a funny thing happened to me last night when I was doing my order of work. I realised that I had suddenly become a very organised person.

My post yesterday was exactly like an OOW. I've never been an organised person, more a hundreds of piles of paper lying around waiting till one rises to the top and it gets done.

Today was tricky though, I ended up making a creme caramel as well as the things I was down to do, which was fine, but I threw out all my planning. And although it was really nice (6/6), I wasn't happy with how I got to the end result and I know I can do better.

That's all for now, I have other work to do. But for continuity's sake, tomorrow I'm make Almond Tart and a Pasta and Tomatoe Fondu.

But have a look at tomorrows demo that we'll be cooking on Monday..... Monday is going to be hard day I think.
