They're definitely going easy on us this week as today was "Breakfast Day", where all we had to do was make a traditional Irish Breakfast, or fry as they call it. It's basically the same as an English Breakfast but with both Black and White pudding.
I got a bit annoyed when it took my partner 5 minutes to cut the rind of 2 rashers of Bacon. She's a bit slow, but she's really nice.
We finished the morning session at 11 which was nice so it meant that we could all chill out a bit longer.
Very tired though.
