Day 34

I was terrible today. No excuses, I was bad. I had a really easy day, so I came in thinking I had all the time in the world. And I screwed up.

White Bread
Parmesan and Gruyere Souffle
Pancakes with Orange Butter
Aubergine and Rocket Salad

EASY. So why the hell was I still working at 12:45. Because I was rubbish. That's why. I must thank my teacher today, as she really bailed me out when I was so fed up I just wanted to throw everything in the bin.

I've got an even easier day tomorrow.

Scampi and Chips
Cold Jerusalem Artichoke Soup
Lemonade

I'm hoping to pad it out with Pecan Caramel Squares and another loaf of bread. I've promised my teacher i'll not be rubbish tomorrow, and I won't be. Also, we get our exam results then instead of today. So a good result will set me off in good spirits.
