It was very much an Italian day today. Loads of tomatoe sauces, pasta, lasagne and such like were being made. I was down to make Tira Misu (or Tiramisu if you prefer) and Pasta, another pretty easy day, the only annoying thing was the creaming of the Mascarpone in to the egg mixture (picture that!), swiftly followed by the whicking of the egg whites. My arms were sore.
Again I was done pretty quickly so I helped other people out and made a couple of loafs of bread.
Not an exciting day at all.
